Maxim is a ride hailing service that is currently competing with Gojek & Grab in the Indonesian market. Although popular in third-tier cities, user retention problem arise which shown by low usage frequency.
Lack of payment option become the most dominant user problem. We proposed E-Wallet integration into user account to solve this problem which scored in 9.6 / 10 of overall experience with 4.2 s of screen time in usability testing.

Goodreads is a social media platform and online community designed to connect book readers around the world. It hasn't experienced any changes in its online community, leading to a decline in user ratings.
We were looking for opportunities to enhance community engagement by involving readers and authors in one forum. The proposed solutions were ranked 11th.
